Terms and Conditions for low price guarantee

In order to qualify the lower price must be published and must be available to the general public.  Consolidator, incentive meeting, group, convention, age related, past guest rates and all other special promotions or fares are excluded from the guarantee.  If the lower price is restricted by the cruise line then the passenger must abide by the same restrictions when the guarantee is honored.  The guarantee applies only the cruise portion only.  The guarantee does not apply to flights, land components, amenities, extras, or other components or portions that are not part of the cruise-only rate.  If the lower price category is sold out then the rate guarantee does not apply.  There must be availability on the lower price category in order for the guarantee to apply.  If a booking is made within the penalty period of a cruise line then the guarantee does not apply.  This penalty period is established by the cruise line and charges may be assessed by the cruise line for revised bookings.  A facsimile of the print advertisement must be presented to receive the guarantee.  The facsimile must be received by AffordableTours.com within 12 days from the original date of booking.  This guarantee is subject to change and may be withdrawn or revised by AffordableTours.com at any time and for any reason without prior notice.
