DRESS CODE

Attire for Evening
One of the great pleasures of cruising aboard Seabourn Pride, Spirit and Legend is the glamour of evenings at sea. Guests appreciate the contrast between the special atmosphere of formal evenings, which occur two nights during a one-week cruise and three to four nights, depending on the itinerary, on a two-week cruise, and the more informal ambiance that prevails on other evenings. Each day in the ship's program, a dress advisory designates appropriate attire for The Restaurant after 6:00 pm. It will be specified as one of the following:

Formal: Tuxedo (alternatively a dark suit) for men, evening gown or other formal attire for women.

Elegant Casual: Slacks with a jacket over a sweater or shirt for men. Sun-dresses, skirts or pants with a sweater or blouse for women.

Casual: Slacks and a sweater or shirt for men, skirt or slacks with a sweater or blouse for women.

Attire for Daytime
On all Seabourn cruises the general shipboard atmosphere is elegant, but relaxed, and you will enjoy dressing comfortably while indulging in a variety of moods. Elegant casual wear is best for The Restaurant. Shorts and other more casual attire are welcomed in the caf during breakfast and lunch. Swimsuits, brief shorts, exercise clothing and cover-ups should be reserved for poolside lounging, water sports, deck activities and the fitness center or spa.

Attire on Shore
When planning your cruise wardrobe for any climate, layering your clothes will work best. For tropical cruises, bring light, loose-fitting garments that can be paired with a lightweight jacket or sweater. For cooler seasons or climates, pack extra layers of warmer garments such as a light topcoat and some sweaters.

When dressing to go ashore, it is helpful to be aware of the customs of the countries you are visiting. In some ports men and women should not wear shorts. Many cultures prefer that women wear dresses or skirts when visiting shrines, churches and temples. If your cruise takes you to Monte Carlo, casino dress codes require a jacket and tie for men. Once you are on board, Seabourn's well-versed staff members offer informative talks on local customs. Additional hints can be found in the Shore Excursion Information Booklet that you will receive with your cruise documentation.

24-HOUR IN-SUITE DINING
You may order from our in-suite service menu 24 hours a day. Items from The Restaurant menu can also be served in your suite during regular dining hours at your request, and course-by-course, if you desire.

SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
If you have special dietary requirements, Seabourn will make every attempt to accommodate your requests. Please advise us of your needs on the Guest Information Form at least 75 days prior to sailing. Notification should be sent to Seabourns Special Services Department.

Age Restrictions

Medical Facilities, Infants and Pregnancy Policy
Each of our ships are equipped with limited medical facilities that are staffed by a physician who is an independent contractor. If you become ill during the voyage and the physician is unable to care for your needs on board, you will be transferred to medical facilities on shore. If your condition will require that you have special medical apparatus or assistance on board, we must be made aware of that at time of booking in order to determine whether we can accommodate your needs. If you are using prescription drugs, please bring an adequate supply with you (together with a copy of the prescription signed by a doctor) and keep them in your carry-on luggage. Due to the limited medical facilities on the ships, we will not accept reservations
for infants 24 months or younger or for women who will be 27 or more weeks pregnant as of the time their travel with Seabourn concludes.

Children
Children, especially infants and toddlers, are not encouraged aboard Seabourn cruises. The intimate ship size and unregimented atmosphere are adult in orientation and do not provide for the care, supervision, or entertainment of children. Children occupying staterooms as the third person are charged the applicable "third person" rate, which is available on request.
Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a Parent or Legal Guardian over the age of 21.

Guests With Disabilities

Seabourn does not discriminate against persons on the basis of disability. We seek, to the extent feasible, to accommodate the needs of persons with disabilities.
Seabourn has limited facilities for guests in wheelchairs or for those with significant health problems. Existing medical problems or physical disabilities, which may call for treatment by the ships medical staff or for assistance during embarkation, must be brought to the attention of Seabourn Cruise Line well in advance. Complete information on wheelchair accessibility can also be given to you at that time.  Service animals are permitted on board ships if prior arrangements have been made at time of booking. In limited situations where an individual with a disability would be unable to satisfy certain specified safety and other criteria, even when provided with appropriate auxiliary aids and services, we may find it necessary to ask the individual to make alternative travel arrangements. It is essential that Seabourn is notified of any special medical, physical or other requirements you may have at the time of booking.
