Things To DoSan Francisco has plenty of attractions to take advantage of. One of them is
visiting the Golden Gate Bridge. This bridge, equivalent to a 65 story building,
is 4,200 feet long and is the gateway to San Francisco. Thousands of travelers
pass through here each and everyday coming to and from the city. You can also
walk on the bridge to catch the cool breeze of the Pacific Ocean.
Chinatown, with over
100,000 people, cannot be passed up. Enjoy authentic Chinese cuisine and the
super live night life. At night you will hear poppers and children playing with
sparklers all over the street. A very lively area at night!
Alcatraz is also another stop you can't afford to pass
up. There, the park rangers will give you a tour of the old prison where Al
Capone and other big name people where residents. Take panoramic pictures of the
San Francisco Harbor and Skyline.
If shopping in on your list,
Union Square is not to be missed. From small boutique stores to major department
stores, you are for sure to find something that you are looking for. Check out
the open seafood market at Fisherman's Wharf. There you will encounter great
seafood, cruise tours to Golden Gate and Alcatraz, and plenty of souvenir shops. Plenty of street performers
to keep the night life going.
