We had an awesome vacation on board the Celebrity Reflection. We visited five ports of call and booked excursions at each port. We really enjoyed the cruise and all of the ports and learned new things about each island we visited. We booked Aqua Class cabins and although the cabins in Aqua Class were the same size as other cabins on Celebrity that we have booked, we enjoyed the Blu Restaurant that was used exclusively for breakfast and dinner by Aqua Class guests. We have cruised with Celebrity about 5 times and each time we are amazed by the hard working, friendly and competent staff on the Celebrity cruise ships. We will definitely choose Celebrity for our next cruise vacation.
We had a fabulous time on the Celebrity Edge!
The Edge is beautiful ship. We like the modern design, decoration, and especially the service. While the overall experience was great, there are always some areas of improvement. There are only few seats at the Martini bar. The entire area of the Grand Plaza Cafe is large but seating is not well designed. Taking a 'back-to-back' cruise (Equinox-Edge), we were able to compare the services on the 'old' and new ship. Definitive improvement is the location of the Retreat Lounge and the Retreat Deck. Also the Luminae location close to Retreat areas is very good. The modern design and view from large windows on 12th deck is improvement from the old Luminae location on 3rd deck. We found out that taking back-to-back cruises has its disadvantage. The day-by-day menus are identical on both ships. The larger Luminae loses a little of the intimate feeling but the staff of the restaurant make you feel special again. Internet was the biggest disappointment on the new ship. While the wi-fi and Celebrity app was performing well, the computers in iCafe were extremely slow. Download and printing of articles, I was able routinely use on all previous cruises, was not functioning and iCafe personnel did not have a solution. The Town and Country Drive on Tortola offers beautiful views of the ocean and surrounding islands. The stop at the Cane Garden Bay beach was welcomed. The Inside Access Behind-the-Scenes Ship Tour was very interesting and educational.
I enjoyed the trip so much that I booked another trip while on the cruise.

Extremely nice accommodations. The Edge is a new ship and a unique pleasant design. Aqua Class is the way to go. Small dining room only for those in Aqua Class which made for a very nice dining experience. Also exclusive use of the Spa area which was very accessible. Entertainment was exceptional, always something to do. Minimal activities for teens. No climbing wall, basketball court, mini golf, etc. this allowed for a relaxing but busy cruise.

We thoroughly enjoyed our Mediterranean cruise. We were happy with the ship, the service onboard, and the port stops. We felt we got good value for what we paid, and were very happy with monetary perks offered (prepaid gratuities, and onboard credits).
Kia is fantastic. We first recommended her to out travel companions and now to 2 other travelers on this trip.

Top notch agents and company. Delivers what they promise
We were Elite and Concierge class. However, our dining arrangements were all messed up. Instead of early fixed seating at a table of 2 to a maximum of 6, near a window if possible, we were assigned late anytime seating. I spent over an hour trying to correct that on my first day aboard the ship. The second day we were assigned early seating, but were at a table for 10, center of the dining room, very noisy place. Also a horribly behaved child was next to us. Again, I spent a lot of time trying to correct it, this time going through the concierge. At last we had an ok table, but no one checked about foods I might be allergic to. I've never had my dining preferences so messed up. It was a terrible...and lasting...first impression. In addition, in the buffet, food was poorly marked. I have a lot of food allergies. I frequently didn't know what was in foods and came off the ship with a lot of rashes and not in great shape. I was glad it was only a week cruise. On another note, the entertainment onboard was only average, the benefits of having elite status were more limited than usual.... I have 3 future cruises already booked. I hope the others better live up to past experiences.
The cruise was excellent. The food and service were outstanding. There were 3 issues that could be improved. We had dinner at the Tuscan Grill one evening. Three of us ordered steaks. Two were undercooked and one was overcooked. Disappointing. The internet service was spotty and very expensive. The Celebrity website and app had serious functional problems. Overall, the cruise was fabulous, but Celebrity\s technology needs work.

My husband and I had a wonderful cruise on Edge from FLL to Southampton, England. All of our ports were new, except for our final port. We love doing business with Kia and Affordable Toud and hope to book a 2021 Transatlantic at the end of November with the new releases!
great itinerary ship is old but well maintained and the staff was great. Food OK but not great ( every ship has cut back somewhat over the years). Would highly recommend. As usual Affordable ( and Jason) has provided superior service..
Karen took care of all of details. All we had to do was pack our suitcases and show up. She made it very easy!
We have been on the Celebrity Reflection 5 times, and they continue to maintain their high level of attentive service to passengers. The ship is the cleanest of the fleet, and many other fleets. Celebrity Reflection is the most sought after Celebrity ship for the Crew, when returning from their time off at home.
Just booked another on board cruise on Celebrity based upon Jason's prior recommendation.
My sincere appreciation goes to Kia who not only provided superior service booking the cruise but on the day before the flight eased my panic about my pre-cruise arrangements. She has been my travel agent for many years and never has her service been less than superior. She deserves a raise!!!!

Didn't really like the partially obstructed view from our veranda. Kia did tell us this but said it was no big deal. We would disagree.
We have a good experience with Celebrity cruise line. The ships are luxurious and well maintained, the service on all levels are very good, some of them exceptional. As suite occupants we enjoy the privacy of dining in Luminae restaurant. There are plenty of shore excursions available

Celebrity cr ui uses charge extra for everything, even water. I would much prefer an added charge and not have to be concerned about things we otherwise gr are for granted. We chose the cruise for the itinerary and not the ship, so we were not disappointed.
The Australia/New Zealand cruise we experienced could be provided from two perspectives - pro and con Pro - Both countries are breathtakenly beautiful. The people are friendly and always helpful. They are true in their reactions to visitor - no fake friendliness and useles words. They are eager to tell you all about their countries when you ask. Since they speak English so traveling and shopping are worries free. Con - Our 3-day stay in Australia Sydney was full of experience. Just like any other big city so there is not unique in what we saw. New Zealand are eager to show you their cultrue and history but not doing enough in providing convenient facilities to accommodate visitors. Most site we went, there were only two or two toilettes in Restroom so the line is long., long, long. You must have a good blatter to visit that country. May be they will provide more as years go by.

As a repeat customer, I was very disappointed in the Silhouette. The cabin attendant was absolutely fabulous!!!. No problems with him at all. The food was not up to the standards I had before. The wait staff was excellent, however there was a lot of confusion with the various wine personnel at Blu. As for room service, absolutely atrocious!,, Out of at least 7 or 8 orders, breakfast, lunch, and dinner, never once was our order correct! Not once! In fact they couldn't even get an order for hot water for tea correct. They would send up tea pots with no water in them at all.! We needed to call back down, numerous times, every time we ordered something, even after multiple reminders to get the order correct! All of our efforts fell on deaf ears, each and every time. This is not an exaggeration. Totally inexcusable!
