Semarang is the capital of Central Java located north on the island of Java, Indonesia. It is also the center for regional government. trade, tourism, and education. Consisting of a dome and weather-washed walls, the church was renovated in the
1900s. The site is a great place to take the whole family.
Lawang Sewu, meaning 1000 doors, is another great architectural hot spot. This
building was the center of operations for Nederlandsch Indishe Spoorweg
Naatschappij. The building is now vacant and is a tourist attraction. Tall domed
towers make this huge building not to be missed.
