Queen Elizabeth was beautiful, the staff was fantastic. 

Trip was more than I expected as I have been on numerous ocean and river cruises. Everything just clicked from the day I contacted Affordable Tours

The one thing Cunard could improve is their web experience. Information is scattered all over the place so it's very time-consuming to put all the pieces together. But I love their ships and service.

I will only travel on the QM2, because I have been spoiled by the unsurpassed quality and consistency of the crew and staff.

Our representative, Boris, was outstanding from first contact to the welcome back email...we would definitely recommend him and affordable tours.

Everything was very nice; however the price was not cheap; not a complaint, just an observation...

The Queen Mary 2 is an excellent ship. As an ocean-liner, it's well equipped to navigate the seas in all kinds of conditions. We enjoyed the food, entertainment, and service and felt fortunate to be part of this ship's maiden port stop in Reykjavik, Iceland.

We have sailed across the Ocean several times and the QM2 provides the smoothest ride and first class service. It was made for sailing rough seas and I would only sail the northern Atlantic on the Qm2.

We enjoyed the trip very much however we did have a bit of a problem at the beginning and end of the trip - The problem at the beginning related to a computer mellfunction that Cunard had which delayed our boarding time about 2 & 1/2 hours - On our arrival in Brooklyn they had a problem with something on the Boat which delayed our disembarking time about an hour or so - Other then these 2 things Cunard staff etc. did a great job.

What a wonderful trip. It was travelling is supposed to be.

Our only unpleasant moment was on the last evening when at the end of dinner our waiters made it very clear that they expected to be tipped over and above the service charges that we were added to our bill I would recommend that Cunard clarify whether or it is reasonable for the waiters to expect extra money, and, if so, how much.
