Staff are courteous and friendly. Amenities and service were top-notch. I would definitely sail again with Holland America.

The 9 day Southern Caribbean Seafarer cruise on Holland America was an excellent choice for us. We had 2 days at sea before arriving at our first island. We enjoyed all the islands (Aruba, Bonaire, Curaçao and Half Moon Cay) before another relaxing day at sea on our return home. The Rotterdam is a beautiful new ship.

This was a great trip. I chose Affordabletours.com because there was a promotion for Holland America that I wanted to take advantage of. The travel advisors were friendly, accommodating and professional. The trip was a once in a lifetime experience with ports in Juneau, Sitka and Ketchikan Alaska. We also stopped in Victoria Canada but we didnt get off the ship due to the time of the stop. The ship was nicely furnished, great service, delicious food and drinks. The daily program featured something for everyone. Overall a great experience!

great Alaska Cruise by Holland American. We had good weather, great food and a good variety of excursions to choose from. We only had 1600 on the ship, which included staff. Thus, being small vs other cruise ships was a huge plus. Great whale watching going above Victoria BC. Due to gale winds, we only had 2 hours in Victoria. This was way too short. Maybe just a pure Alaskan cruise and skip Victoria BC. Staff were great, kind and exceptional at times.

I will definitely book another trip with HAL just so because they have a very great and very helpful staff.

Our room was the last one aft(back). We felt it when the ship was at sea. Next time, no verandah, middle aft is what the cruise director told me would be best for Narayan. Also at a lower level with a shower would be more stable experience.

The onboard entertainment and information programs were very good. We were very happy with the excursions they offered and the guides did an exceptional job.

Great adventure! Chacabuco was beautiful, crusing the fjords was spectacular (one glacier had an area, down near the water, that looked like a huge blue sparkling geode) and that was only 1 of many glaciers we saw. The penguins stops were great (we did not go to see the rockhoppers, but regret not doing that, too.) Montevideo is truly a beautiful city, smaller than Buenos Aires which is also beautiful. If you have time and $$$, go see Iguasu Falls, we did not. Nadia Miller arranged our whole all inclusive trip, excellently. Thank you!!! Pack light, laundry service on Holland America is quick and either $20 per bag or $100 for unlimited on the whole trip. Thank you, laundry guys!!! Wonderful classical piano and violin duet music 3 times a day!!!!!

holland needs more live music during the day.

The cruise was exactly what we had expected. We booked a promotional deal that included prepaid gratuities which saved us a lot. We have booked cruises in the past with Kia and have found her to be very helpful and thorough. She even remembered our anniversary by sending us chocolate covered strawberries. We hope to booking a lot more cruises with her!

Holland America line is a smaller cruise line and very elegant ship I prefer these over the large glitzy loud ships

Booked our cruise with our consultant Autumn . She was very helpful answering all our questions. She save us several hundred dollars from the price given by the cruise line. In addition she secured extra on-board credits for us. We will defiantly contact her in the future for our travel needs.

Even though we have cruised through the Panama Canal before, it is always an amazing experience. This cruise also offered several new port stops, including a beautiful Caribbean Island.

Great trip on Holland America to Panama Canal. The ship was going into dry dock and certainly needed some work.

Soazig is the best and I continue to refer her to everyone I meet that is interested in cruising.

We had never traveled to South America before. The itinerary was very educational. Tour guides were very good. Holland America was great. The crew was wonderful and the food was great. We would trave either them again.

Kia did an excellent job with this trip. She returned calls promptly and was always professional. She also helped on our return reservation when the flight was cancelled less than 24 hours before departure.

Holland America was a pleasant surprise. Food was excellent, staff was very friendly and efficient and the entertainment was incredible. 2 shows a day of a very talented string quintet.

The Nieuw Statendam was excellent, the best ship, staff and services from al other HAL ships. The food was outstanding and again better than other HAL ships including Princess and Celebrity cruises. Entertainment shows in the theater were at best OK. Seems like the cruise industry is cutting back on this everywhere. Internet still bad and a rip-off, should be included in the price you pay. Every one, like food, need internet today.
