Our Travel Experience was good as First Time Cruisers. The Excursions were also very good. I would highly recommend this Agency.

I anticipated a lot more from the land portion of the tour. I guess I just assumed the hotels would be abover average. The princess hotels need cosmetic work. People to clean their grounds and bathrooms. Every public restroom that I used was dirty with overflowing garbage cans, dirty counters and commodes that needed flushed. Because of this the restrooms had an odor. When going to breakfast at the coffee shop, all of the tables were dirty with overflowing garbage cans and run out of thier speciality items. There was garbage laying on the ground surrounding the decks that overlooked the river. Just not my expectaion.

This vacation was great---We learned a lot, were entertained and the food was really good. We met nice people.

After only sailing on Crystal cruises, we have been pleasantly surprised at the accommadations and service. All excellent.
