Compass Rose As the flagship restaurant aboard each of our ships, the wonderfully spacious Compass Rose serves breakfast, lunch and dinner and features an exceptional variety of European-inspired Continental cuisine, as well as flavorful vegetarian and kosher dishes and nutritious Canyon Ranch SpaClub® specialties. Elegantly decorated in warm golden and maroon hues, Compass Rose delights with a beautifully refined atmosphere blessed with natural light during the day. Whenever you decide to whet your appetite, your Maitre D' will guide you to a quiet, romantic table for two or a festive larger table - reservations are not necessary.
La Veranda
Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, La Veranda is exceedingly popular any time of the day. Spacious and comfortably casual, La Veranda offers regional specialties that often reflect the cuisines of the countries called on, such as Grilled Lamb Chops with Spanish Sherry Sauce or pan-sautéed Mediterranean Sea Bass. Dishes are presented in a buffet style that displays the diversity of the menu. La Veranda also features an authentic pizzeria and a shaded, open-air veranda for dining al fresco.
Pool Grill
The ultimate come-as-you-are dining venue, the Pool Grill couldn't be more casual. Walk over straight from sunbathing or swimming in the pool. Drop by before or after a shore excursion. Enjoy a snack between activities. The Pool Grill is open air, yet abundantly shaded for comfortable dining. Enjoy grilled-to-order burgers, grilled seafood, sandwiches and fresh salads. Treat yourself to milk shakes, malts, and hand-dipped ice cream desserts sprinkled with all your favorite toppings.
24-Hour Room Service
Room service features a delectable choice of appetizers, main courses and desserts, along with sandwiches, burgers, pizzas, soups and salads 24 hours a day. You may order from the Compass Rose menu during regular dining hours and it will be graciously served course-by-course in the comfort and privacy of your suite.
Age Restrictions
Children Onboard
Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or other responsible adult over the age of 21. RSSC may restrict the number of children on board. RSSC is unable to accept infants less than 6 months of age.
Laundry, Dry Cleaning & Pressing Services
Onboard laundry and valet services, including pressing and dry cleaning, are available with charge and may be arranged through your stewardess. Self-service laundries are located on passenger decks 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10. Laundry and dry cleaning articles collected before 9 am will be returned the same day between 4 and 6 pm. A six-hour express service is available at a nominal charge. Articles for pressing are collected throughout the day and will be delivered between 4 and 6pm. All guests entitled to Butler Service will receive complimentary pressing of any items that will be worn the first evening onboard. These items will be collected by the butler at the guest's earliest convenience.
Club Mariner Children's Program
For adults who would like their children or grandchildren to join them, Radisson Seven Seas Cruises youth program is designed for children in age groups 5 - 9, 10 - 13 and 14 - 17 and is supervised by specially trained youth counselors. The program is offered free of charge during summer months only.
Medical Services
Shipboard medical services and facilities, including doctor, nurse and medications, are available to all guests at a reasonable charge. Standard hospital emergency equipment is available onboard. Butler Service
For those who desire an enhanced level of individualized service, our Butler service is the ultimate prerequisite. Need an appointment in the Spa? Want to hold a cocktail party in your suite? Have a gift delivered? Assist in making reservations at Signatures? Arrange for a private car in Monte Carlo? Our skilled butlers do it all, quickly, competently and without fuss. The Seven Seas Voyager's exclusive Butler service is available in 88 suites in categories B and higher. 24-Hour Room Service A special 24-hour room service menu is available. During normal dining hours, you may also order from the Compass Rose Restaurant menu and enjoy dinner in your suite.
Tipping
Gratuities are included in the cruise fare for all RSSC vessels. If guests feel strongly about expressing their gratitude to the crew, they should be encouraged to make a donation to the Crew Welfare Fund at the Purser Office. This money is utilized for crew parties and events.

Canyon Ranch fitness experts lead popular exercise classes, such as Pilates, yoga and aerobics and are on hand to offer advice and demonstrate the use of fitness equipment. One-on-one training can be arranged with a Fitness Instructor. Equipment includes Lifecycles, free weights, striders, StairMasters, treadmills, weight benches, a Nautilus machine, workout mats and step benches.

In addition to planned activities in the Fitness Center, guests may take advantage of other sports-related activities throughout the ship. Deck 12 provides shuffleboard and mini-golf, while Deck 11 offers a full-circle jogging track.

The teak pool deck is the ideal spot to lounge the day away with a good book and a cold drink. Or go for a swim in the large heated pool, or enjoy a dip in one of two whirlpools.
This was our first cruise with Regent and we absolutely loved it. We were spoiled by the staff. The food was excellent and the excursions were very enjoyable. I would highly recommend Regent.
Back to back cruise with regent. We did get to stay in the same room but had to do a lot of talking. Don't know why it was an issue. They would guarantee the same room.
The Navigator is a beautiful ship. However it pays to have a cabin in the front as there is a lot of engine vibration in the back. Crew was excellent
This is our 6th on Regent Seven Seas and we are always pleased.
Very nice cruise. Staff, food, drinks, itinerary, and suite all excellent. Highly recommend.
