It was a wonderful cruise. Our whole family really enjoyed visiting all the countries. The cruise ship was perfect. Everyone enjoyed it.
We are now called a PIT. I was told we are Pinnacle in Training! When we go on our next cruise 1/20/19, we will be booking another cruise and turn it over to Affordable Tours like we always do. With that and the cruises I already have booked, we will be Pinnacle by the end 2019. Something very disappointing, rumors are floating that even more benefits for Pinnacle people will be cut back or eliminated. Like the Coastal Restaurant. We were told that Pinnacle will be second to those in Suites for booking Coastal Restaurant. In our opinion, we've spent quite a bit of money to very shortly become Pinnacle. This is not okay with us and many, many other people we talked to on this last cruise. Every time we get on a cruise, Royal Caribbean is cutting out something else. May be time to change cruise lines. Time will tell. A lot of people are talking; not good. Another thing is the Consiegre's Lounge. Now it includes, Diamond, Diamond Plus and Pinnacle. Too small a room for this.

Special requests were handled with excellence. In particular, Zoazig found an excellent independent driver for us in Jamaica, with a van to accommodate our group of 8 in great comfort. I can HIGHLY recommend the driver, Marland, who has the ability to use a smaller vehicle for smaller groups, as well as handling large groups. Marland is charming and nothing is too much trouble for him.
Big ship but never seemed crowded Food was good but nothing stood out above everything else. Staff was polite and professional. Would like to have seen more excursions tailored to accommodate wheelchair cruisers.
For the money, top of the line. Something for everybody. We try to go RCL whenever possible which amounts to about 50% of our 10 cruises taken.

First time on Royal Caribbean Oasis of the Seas and it was a great ship with fantastic entertainment venues. Ship staff was very friendly at all times. Specialty restaurants on board additional charges are more than other cruise lines, but there are many choices for every kind of taste.
Great ship. Lots to do. Wish the boat did not have so many dining options that you had to pay for. Food was average.
Would gladly return in the future. Trip met all of our expectations.
I found the ship and the activities to be too crowded for my taste. Too much waiting in lines and jockeying for a spot near the pool, in the pool, or at events.

We loved the Oasis of the Seas Eastern cruise last year and chose to return again on the Oasis for the Western cruise. Not disappointed. Entertainment is first class and so is the food.
We had a wonderful time! The accommdations were to our expectations!!!
I would like to say that our inside cabin room exceeded our expectations. I was bigger than our master bedroom at home. The largest cabin room we ever had including the balcony rooms.
The Oasis of the Seas is an amazing ship. I have been telling friends that the ship itself is an experience. Royal Caribbean has thought of everything to make the week enjoyable. Enjoyed eating at some of the specialty restaurants. The shows were fantastic. I have hesitated booking a cruise on such a large ship, but you do not realize that there are another 6000 people with you. The interior balcony was quite nice overlooking Central Park. Thanks to our agent and the help he gave us with our cruise booking.
Our only disappointment was that we did not realize that we needed to book our entertainment prior to boarding. Other than that, we had a really enjoyable time.
I am going to contact RC unless you want to do so as the head waiter was sent an email explaining our treatment when we had to get last minute Dining Table assignments and he said he would do something for us. We figured a bottle of wine or something. Nothing was ever done. Very dissapointing after his false offer.
