Sognefjord is the second largest fjord in the world and the longest one in Norway. The fjord is named because of the district of Sogn. It is located in the county of Sogn og Fjordane. A branch of the Sognefjord is considered a World Heritage Site by the UNESCO (Naeroyfjord).
