Phu My port is positioned in Vietnam. Phu My port is the first private port in Vietnam capable of accommodating vessels up to 40,000 tons. With the special facilities, Phu Mu port is able to lodge import break bulk cargoes such as fertilizer, and all kinds of beans. It can handle containers, any general cargo, or even heavy lifts of machinery equipment. Phu My port extended its wharf in length in 1997. Currently, this wharf is able to lodge two vessels at the same time, of which one has 50,000 tons to 60,000 tons of displacement. Four warehouses with total capacity of 90,000 tons of cargo products are also expected to be built right on the port platform. Development plans are underway to ensure Phu My port meets the requirements of the 21st century.
