Promotional Air Offer Reservation must be made more than 90 days prior to sailing to qualify. Guests who choose round-trip flights will be considered Guest 1 and subject to full promotional airfare amount. Guests may request a one-way air itinerary; in which case they will be charged 50% of the applicable promotional air pricing for the selected gateway. Land packages (hotels), date deviations and cruise tours must be added no later than 75 days prior to embarkation Air offer applies to economy, round-trip flights from select departure gateways only and will automatically apply. Air gateway(s) must be entered in order to prompt the promotional airfare. See "Gateways & Pricing" tab for the applicable list of gateways and promotional air pricing. Guests are responsible for airport transfers at an additional cost if selected. Airline imposed personal charges such as baggage fees may apply. All guests booked within a singular reservation will be booked on the same flight. The Travel With Guarantee program ensures that eligible guests on different reservations are booked on the same flight: A maximum of four reservations per Travel With group. A non-refundable fee of $25 per person applies to all guests in the cabin (who are two years or older). Air cannot be ticketed for any of the guests in the Travel with group. Guests may revise their Travel-With-Guarantee group up to 75 days prior to embarkation. All eligible guests in the Travel-With-Guarantee group must be booked through Norwegian on the same: ship/sail dates, flight itinerary, date deviations and depart from the same gateways in order to qualify. For Domestic flights, Norwegian Cruise Line will book guests' airfare with a maximum of one connection when possible; air schedules permitting. For International flights, Norwegian Cruise Line will book guests' airfare with a maximum of two connections when possible; air schedules permitting. Norwegian Cruise Line reserves the right to select an alternate airport within 60 miles based on itinerary, choose the air carrier, routing and city airport from each gateway city and reserves the right to substitute commuter service and/or charter air service for scheduled air carriers without prior notice.

Norwegian has been working closely with the CDC (Center for Disease Control and Prevention) and are adding stringent protocols, strategic application and supporting innovation to meet and exceed their standards once those have been finalized by them. The below are the safety measures Norwegian will immediately be implementing fleetwide, with more in development.
ALL-NEW AIR FILTRATION
Installation of medical-grade air-filters, H13 HEPA, that remove 99.95% of airborne pathogens across Norwegian's entire fleet to ensure the air you breathe is clean.
ENHANCED SCREENING PROTOCOLS
All guests will undergo an enhanced pre-embarkation health screening, and those considered at risk will undergo additional screening. Additionally, all crew will undergo extensive screening prior to embarkation and constant monitoring throughout the voyage. Touchless temperature checks and continuous monitoring of guests and crew throughout the voyage will help identify potential health issues, offering an additional layer of prevention and protection.
INCREASED SANITATION MEASURES
All ships are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to every voyage in accordance with company protocols, which are developed in partnership with CDC's Vessel Sanitation Program. Embarkation terminals will be sanitized continuously, and, where possible, fogged before and after each embarkation and debarkation. Further, all staterooms, suites and public areas will be cleaned, sanitized and disinfected at an increased frequency, and including the use of Electrostatic Spray Technology.
RESPONSIBLE SOCIAL DISTANCING
To provide even more space for responsible social distancing, guest capacity on board will be reduced. Staggered embarkation and online check-in will be implemented for proper social distancing. In addition, Norwegian is committed to reducing capacity in all public areas throughout the voyage.
ENHANCED MEDICAL RESOURCES
Onboard medical centers will be fully equipped with the latest testing kits and medical supplies. Norwegian is also increasing the medical team fleetwide. Additionally, each ship has dedicated isolation accommodations should the need arise.
EXTENDED SHIP TO SHORE SAFETY
- Norwegian is partnering with local destinations and tour operators to ensure their industry-leading health and sanitation protocols extend to the shoreside experience.
- Norwegian will only visit safe, open ports of call which may cause changes to your itinerary. Keeping the guests up-to-date with the latest confirmed changes impacting their itineraries is a top priority.

The ship Norwegian Sky was wonderful----------loved the new renovations. The staff and food was beyond expectations.
Our Norwegian Sky cruise to Cuba was terrific. The crew was great -- especially our personal concierge. (We booked a suite and would very much recommend doing this because of the priority treatment one gets -- well worth the extra money.
Even do I was a beginner on Cruise traveling, never done one before, it was not difficult and easy to follow up instructions over the mail.
This is the first time I go on a cruise. It's not my style of travelling but it works out better than I had expected. It was very nice, very flexible, and I got to do what I like. We had a lot of fun.
