Yeosu is a city in South Korea located in the South Jeolla province. Since Yeosu is near the sea, it has cool summers and mild winters, and it brings Yeosu longer springs and autumns than other regions. The 2012 World Expo will be held in Yeosu. Some places to visit are the model of one of Admiral Yi's turtle shipr, which were used to defeat the Japanese Navy, and a beach with volcanic 'Black' sand that is close to Yeosu.
